Terms of Use: KIZUNA™ Studio
October 20, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of KIZUNA™ Studio, an internal tool of AM25, S.A.S. de C.V. (hereinafter, “AM25”), as well as the external features provided to its clients through links.
Users must comply with these terms and AM25’s access and security instructions. These terms do not replace or modify the conditions of proposals, quotations, contracts, or other specific agreements with clients. The conditions of each transaction will be governed by the corresponding agreement.
The Platform and Internal Access
KIZUNA™ Studio enables the management of AM25’s operations, including information and features related to clients, projects, documents, contracts, payments, files, meetings, and the calendar. The internal environment is available exclusively to authorized AM25 personnel and is not a public registration service.
Each user must use only the accounts, features, and resources they are authorized to access. Credentials are individual, must be kept secure, and must not be shared. Possession of valid credentials does not authorize access to all information or the execution of any operation.
External Features for Clients
AM25 may provide links to sign contracts, access payment mechanisms, interact with file deliveries, and participate in meetings. Access through these links is limited to the corresponding feature and transaction and does not grant access to KIZUNA™ Studio’s internal administration environment.
Recipients must use links only for their intended purpose, safeguard any associated access information, and not share them with individuals outside the transaction without authorization. Links may become unavailable when their purpose has been fulfilled, the transaction changes, or protecting information requires it.
Contracts and Payments
Before signing a contract, the recipient must review its content and verify that their details are correct and that they are authorized to act on their own behalf or on behalf of the entity they represent. They must not impersonate another person or sign without the corresponding authorization.
Before making a payment, the recipient must verify the description, amount, and other stated conditions. Payments are governed by the conditions of the corresponding transaction and the terms applicable to the payment mechanism used. Accessing a link does not, by itself, modify a contract or establish that a payment has been completed.
Files and Meetings
Users must have the necessary rights or authorizations for the files they provide and comply with the conditions of use of materials received. Sending or receiving a file through KIZUNA™ Studio does not, by itself, transfer intellectual property rights; these will be determined under the applicable agreement.
Meeting participants must respect the confidentiality of shared information and must not allow unauthorized third parties to participate. They must not record, retransmit, or distribute the meeting or its contents without the required authorizations.
Permitted Use and Operational Responsibility
KIZUNA™ Studio must be used for legitimate purposes related to AM25’s operations. Impersonation, introducing unlawful or malicious content, infringing third-party rights, circumventing access controls, accessing information without authorization, or interfering with the platform’s security or operation is prohibited.
Internal users must verify the information and scope of actions before creating, updating, deleting, or sharing records, documents, events, or other resources. Technical permissions do not replace the necessary internal approvals. Any error, unauthorized access, or compromised credentials must be reported to AM25.
Integrations and Calendar
KIZUNA™ Studio uses Cloudflare R2, RealtimeKit, and Postmark for file storage, meetings, and email delivery features, respectively. It also has its own CalDAV-based API for using the calendar from external applications, such as Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.
Integrations may perform create, read, update, and delete operations within their respective scopes. Users must review changes made from external applications and safeguard the credentials used to connect them. Updating or deleting events from a connected application may affect the KIZUNA™ Studio calendar, depending on the requested operation and supported features.
The functioning of these capabilities may depend on the availability and compatibility of external services. Users must comply with the applicable terms of the platforms they use.
Privacy and Queries Through KIZUNA™ Assistant
Information processing is governed by the KIZUNA™ Studio Privacy Policy and AM25’s Data Protection Policy. Users must maintain the confidentiality of information they access and use it only within their authorized scope.
KIZUNA™ Studio does not process its data through artificial intelligence as part of its own operation. When authorized personnel access information from KIZUNA™ Studio through KIZUNA™ Assistant, the necessary content may be processed by the provider of the model used by KIZUNA™ Assistant to generate the response. These queries do not expand the user’s permissions, and results must be reviewed before use.
Availability and Access Restrictions
The platform may be temporarily limited or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, incidents, or infrastructure failures. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed. If an interruption affects a signature, payment, or delivery with a deadline, the user must notify AM25 to coordinate an alternative.
AM25 may modify features or restrict access when an authorization ends, a security risk exists, or use contrary to these terms is detected. Restricting access does not, by itself, modify outstanding obligations related to a transaction or replace the applicable data retention and deletion conditions.
Updates
AM25 may update these terms to reflect changes to the platform, its operations, or applicable requirements. The published version will indicate the date of its last update. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
