Privacy: KIZUNA™ Studio

KIZUNA™ Studio is an internal tool of AM25, S.A.S. de C.V. (hereinafter, “AM25”), available exclusively to authorized personnel.

The platform provides features accessible through external links that allow clients to sign contracts, access payment links, interact with file deliveries, and participate in meetings. These features do not grant access to KIZUNA™ Studio’s internal administration environment.

Use of Information

KIZUNA™ Studio processes the information necessary to manage AM25’s operations and provide the features used by its personnel and clients. This includes information related to contracts, payments, files, meetings, and calendar events, depending on the interaction involved. Information provided through external links is used to manage the operation associated with each link.

The processing of personal data is governed by AM25’s Data Protection Policy, which sets out the purposes of processing, access and confidentiality conditions, security measures, retention and deletion criteria, and mechanisms for data subjects to exercise their rights. This privacy policy supplements those provisions with details specific to KIZUNA™ Studio.

AM25 does not sell data processed through KIZUNA™ Studio or use it for advertising or training artificial intelligence models.

Integrations and External Services

KIZUNA™ Studio uses Cloudflare R2, RealtimeKit, and Postmark as part of its file storage, meeting, and email delivery features, respectively. The information necessary to provide these features may be processed by the corresponding service.

These integrations may perform create, read, update, and delete operations within their respective scopes, depending on the features enabled in KIZUNA™ Studio. They are not limited to read-only permissions.

Calendar Integration

KIZUNA™ Studio has its own CalDAV-based API that allows its calendar to be used from external applications, such as Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.

The integration allows events to be viewed, created, updated, and deleted, depending on the features supported by the application used. When this connection is configured, event information may be transferred between KIZUNA™ Studio and the corresponding calendar application to perform the requested operations.

Processing Through Artificial Intelligence

KIZUNA™ Studio does not process its data through artificial intelligence as part of its own operation. Such processing occurs only when authorized personnel access information from KIZUNA™ Studio through KIZUNA™ Assistant.

When a request within KIZUNA™ Assistant requires accessing or analyzing information from KIZUNA™ Studio, the necessary content may be processed by the provider of the artificial intelligence model used by KIZUNA™ Assistant to generate the corresponding response.
