Terms of Use: KIZUNA™ Assistant
October 12, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of KIZUNA™ Assistant, an internal tool of AM25, S.A.S. de C.V. (hereinafter, “AM25”), available exclusively to authorized personnel.
Users must comply with these terms and AM25’s internal instructions on access, security, and information handling. KIZUNA™ Assistant is not intended for public use, and its use does not replace the authorizations or internal procedures applicable to each operation.
The Tool
KIZUNA™ Assistant enables users to access information, analyze situations, draft content, and perform tasks through artificial intelligence models and authorized tools. Available features depend on enabled integrations, the user’s permissions, and the capabilities of each tool.
KIZUNA™ Assistant and KIZUNA™ Ops are related but distinct systems. Access to KIZUNA™ Assistant does not, by itself, grant access to all KIZUNA™ Ops records or features or to other connected systems.
Access and Security
Users must use only accounts, connections, and resources authorized by AM25, safeguard their credentials, and not share their access methods. Any unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or incident must be reported to AM25.
Impersonation, circumventing permissions or security controls, requesting information without authorization, introducing unlawful or malicious content, or using KIZUNA™ Assistant to infringe third-party rights or compromise systems is prohibited.
Provided Information and Confidentiality
Users must provide only the information necessary for the task and be authorized to use the documents, files, and data they add or request to access. They must not enter passwords, private keys, tokens, or other secrets into conversations; connections must be configured through authorized mechanisms.
The technical ability to access information does not authorize its use for any purpose or its disclosure to third parties. Users must respect confidentiality, the rights of data subjects and other rights holders, and restrictions applicable to AM25’s and its clients’ data.
Artificial Intelligence Results
Responses may contain errors, omissions, incorrect interpretations, or outdated information, even when presented with apparent confidence. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
Users must verify relevant facts, figures, references, documents, and results before using them, sharing them, or incorporating them into a decision. When a response is based on records from a connected system, it must be checked against the corresponding source when the importance of the operation requires it.
KIZUNA™ Assistant is a supporting tool and does not replace professional judgment, specialized review, or decisions by the responsible individuals. Its responses do not, by themselves, constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice or official approval by AM25.
Tools and Action Execution
Depending on enabled tools, KIZUNA™ Assistant may access information or perform actions on connected systems. Some features are read-only, while others may create or modify information. Tool availability does not expand the user’s permissions or authority.
Before requesting or confirming an action, users must review its scope, affected resources, and foreseeable consequences. Instructions to send communications, publish content, modify important data, delete information, or perform other sensitive operations must be explicit and have the corresponding internal approvals.
A response, draft, or proposal is not equivalent to an executed action. Users must verify execution confirmation and, where applicable, the final state in the destination system. Controls and confirmation requests do not replace user review or guarantee that all actions are reversible.
Gmail Integration
The Gmail integration may only be used with authorized accounts belonging to AM25’s Google Workspace organization and is configured through Google OAuth. Connecting personal accounts outside that organization is not permitted.
The integration is read-only: it allows users to search messages, view their content, and access supported attachments when necessary to respond to a request. It does not allow users to send emails, create drafts in Gmail, delete or modify messages, or make changes to the mailbox. Generating email text within a conversation does not mean it has been created or sent from Gmail.
Privacy and Data Processing
Information processing is governed by the KIZUNA™ Assistant Privacy Policy and AM25’s Data Protection Policy. Content necessary to address a request may be processed by the provider of the artificial intelligence model used by KIZUNA™ Assistant, as described in the applicable policies.
Documents, emails, files, and other content accessed remain subject to confidentiality conditions and the rights of their respective holders. Adding them to KIZUNA™ Assistant does not remove these restrictions or grant users additional rights over them.
Availability and External Services
KIZUNA™ Assistant may depend on external models, APIs, infrastructure, and services. Responses, queries, and actions may be affected by technical limits, incompatibilities, interruptions, or changes to those services. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
AM25 may update or change models, tools, and integrations to maintain, improve, or protect KIZUNA™ Assistant. Users must retain necessary documents and results in the corresponding authorized systems and must not treat a conversation as the sole record of a critical operation.
Access Restrictions and Updates
AM25 may restrict or withdraw access when an authorization ends, a security risk exists, or use contrary to these terms is detected. Withdrawal of access does not, by itself, delete records or modify the retention criteria set out in the applicable policies.
AM25 may update these terms to reflect changes to the tool, its operations, or applicable requirements. The published version will indicate the date of its last update. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
