Privacy: KIZUNA™ Assistant

KIZUNA™ Assistant is an internal tool of AM25, S.A.S. de C.V. (hereinafter, “AM25”), available exclusively to authorized personnel.

The Google integration may only be used with authorized accounts belonging to AM25’s Google Workspace organization. KIZUNA™ Assistant is not intended for public use and does not allow personal accounts outside that organization to be connected.

Gmail Integration

KIZUNA™ Assistant may connect to corporate Gmail accounts through Google OAuth. The integration uses only the read-only permissions necessary to:

• search email messages;

• view message content; and

• access supported attachments when necessary to respond to a request within KIZUNA™ Assistant.

The integration does not allow users to send emails, create drafts, delete and/or modify messages, or make changes to the mailbox.

KIZUNA™ Assistant does not receive or store the password of the Google account. The OAuth credentials required to maintain the connection are stored securely.

Use of Google Workspace Data

Information obtained through Gmail is used exclusively to provide the functions requested within KIZUNA™ Assistant. When a request requires analyzing information obtained from Gmail, the necessary content may be processed by OpenAI, the provider of the model used by KIZUNA™ Assistant, solely to generate the corresponding response.

AM25 does not sell information obtained through the Google Workspace APIs, use it for advertising, use it to create commercial profiles, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. The use of information received through the Google Workspace APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
