Terms of Service: Content Hub
September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AM25 Content Hub, a service provided by AM25, S.A.S. de C.V. (hereinafter, “AM25”).
Use of AM25 Content Hub constitutes acceptance of these terms by the client and the authorized users belonging to its organization. These terms supplement AM25’s general Terms and Conditions, as well as any proposal, quotation, contract, subscription, or other specific agreement applicable to the service.
In the event of a conflict, the specific conditions agreed upon for the client’s subscription will prevail with respect to AM25 Content Hub.
The Service
AM25 Content Hub is a platform intended for the storage, organization, management, search, access, and distribution of digital assets belonging to or managed by organizations using the service.
The service may include web-based functionalities, integrations, extensions, plugins, or other access mechanisms provided by AM25. The features, limits, storage capacity, number of users, and other applicable conditions will depend on the plan or service tier subscribed to by the client.
Controlled Access
AM25 Content Hub is not a public registration or access service.
Each organization is onboarded or authorized by AM25, and access to the service is restricted to users belonging to the corresponding organization. Users must authenticate through identity mechanisms provided or authorized by AM25.
AM25 may use Gate IdP, its identity and authentication system, to verify users, organizations, and access permissions.
The possession of valid credentials does not, by itself, grant the right to access organizations, spaces, files, or resources other than those for which the user has been expressly authorized.
Organizations and Authorized Users
Each AM25 Content Hub subscription is associated with a specific organization. The client is responsible for determining which individuals should belong to its organization and for requesting, authorizing, or managing user access according to the available functionalities. The maximum number of authorized users will be subject to the limits of the subscribed plan.
The client is responsible for the activity carried out by its users within the organization, as well as for keeping the list of individuals who should retain access to the service up to date.
When an individual is no longer authorized to access the organization, the client must remove their access or request that AM25 do so where applicable.
User accounts and credentials are individual and must not be shared among multiple individuals.
Authentication and Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and authentication methods.
AM25 may apply additional security, verification, or authentication mechanisms when it deems necessary to protect the service, its users, or stored information.
AM25 may restrict or temporarily suspend access to an account when it detects unusual activity, a security risk, unauthorized use, or any circumstance that may compromise the service.
The user must notify AM25 upon becoming aware of unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or any other incident related to their account.
Figma Plugin
AM25 Content Hub may provide a Figma plugin that allows access to certain Content Hub resources directly from that platform.
The plugin uses AM25 authentication mechanisms, including Gate IdP, to verify the user’s identity and membership in an authorized organization. Use of the plugin does not modify the permissions, limits, or conditions associated with the user’s account. A user may only access through the plugin those resources they are authorized to access within AM25 Content Hub.
The operation of the plugin may also depend on Figma and its respective services, APIs, terms, and availability. AM25 does not control Figma’s infrastructure, availability, or modifications that may partially or temporarily affect the operation of the integration.
Client Content
Files, trademarks, photographs, videos, documents, designs, and other content uploaded or managed through AM25 Content Hub will remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
Use of AM25 Content Hub does not transfer ownership rights over such content to AM25.
The client grants AM25 only the permissions necessary to store, process, technically reproduce, transform when necessary for the operation of the service, and distribute the content in accordance with the instructions and functionalities used by the client.
The client represents that it has the rights, licenses, authorizations, or permissions necessary to store, manage, and distribute the content it adds to the service. AM25 will not be responsible for claims arising from content uploaded by the client when the client lacks the rights or authorizations necessary for its use.
Permitted Use
AM25 Content Hub must be used solely for legitimate purposes related to the management and distribution of digital assets of the corresponding organization.
The service may not be used to:
store, distribute, or facilitate unlawful content;
infringe the rights of third parties;
distribute malware, malicious code, or files intended to compromise systems or users;
attempt to access other organizations, accounts, resources, or infrastructure without authorization;
interfere with the operation or security of the service;
engage in activities that generate a disproportionate or deliberately abusive technical load;
circumvent limits, restrictions, access controls, or security mechanisms;
use AM25 Content Hub as generic storage infrastructure for purposes substantially unrelated to the intended purpose of the service.
AM25 may investigate and restrict uses that it reasonably considers incompatible with these terms.
Storage and Plan Limits
Each subscription will be subject to the storage, user, and other resource limits corresponding to the subscribed plan. When an organization reaches or exceeds the applicable limits, certain functionalities may be restricted until capacity is freed or the plan is changed.
AM25 may offer expansions, plan changes, or other alternatives subject to availability. The client is responsible for monitoring the storage and resource usage of its organization.
Distribution and Sharing of Resources
AM25 Content Hub may include functionalities intended to facilitate the download, delivery, or distribution of files. The client is responsible for determining which content may be distributed, who may access it, and which users are authorized to perform such actions.
When the client generates links, deliveries, or other distribution mechanisms, the client is responsible for sharing them only with the appropriate recipients and for properly managing any associated access information.
AM25 will not be responsible for access resulting from links, credentials, or other access mechanisms shared by authorized users outside the controls provided by the service.
Availability and Maintenance
AM25 endeavors to keep Content Hub available and operating properly, but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.
The service may be temporarily limited or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical changes, security incidents, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond AM25’s reasonable control.
AM25 may make technical or functional modifications necessary to maintain, improve, or secure the service. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, an AM25 Content Hub subscription does not include a specific service level agreement or contractual availability guarantee.
Support
AM25 will provide support according to the conditions corresponding to the subscribed plan. The classification of support as limited, basic, priority, or any similar designation establishes a relative level of attention and does not, by itself, constitute a guarantee of specific response or resolution times.
Where response times, support conditions, or service levels have been expressly agreed upon with the client, those conditions will prevail.
Subscription and Payments
Access to AM25 Content Hub requires an active subscription.
Amounts, billing frequency, taxes, limits, and commercial conditions will correspond to the subscribed plan and any specific agreement between AM25 and the client. Payments made through payment links provided by AM25 will additionally be subject to the Terms of Service applicable to those payment mechanisms.
Failure to make payment may result in restriction or suspension of access to the service in accordance with these terms and the conditions agreed upon with the client.
Plan Changes
The client may request plan changes when the available service tiers permit them.
Changes in capacity, users, storage, support, or other features will be subject to the conditions of the new plan and may take effect immediately or from the next billing period, as agreed.
A plan change does not alter any outstanding rights or obligations corresponding to previous periods.
Service Suspension
AM25 may fully or partially suspend access to AM25 Content Hub when:
payments are overdue;
these Terms of Service are breached;
a security risk exists;
fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use is detected;
use of the service may affect other users, organizations, or infrastructure;
suspension is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or requirement from a competent authority.
Where reasonably possible, AM25 will endeavor to inform the client of the reason for the suspension and the actions necessary to restore the service.
A temporary suspension will not necessarily result in termination of the subscription.
Cancellation and Termination
The client may request cancellation of its subscription in accordance with the agreed commercial conditions.
AM25 may terminate the provision of the service in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, persistent non-payment, unlawful use of the service, or any other cause established in an applicable agreement.
Termination of the subscription will result in the loss of the right to access AM25 Content Hub and the functionalities associated with the organization.
The client must ensure that it retains copies of any content it needs before the effective termination of the service.
Data Retention and Deletion
Following the cancellation or termination of a subscription, AM25 may temporarily retain the organization’s data and content for a reasonable period in order to allow recovery, address administrative or technical obligations, or complete processes related to the closure of the service.
Once that period has ended, AM25 may permanently delete the data and files associated with the organization, except for those that must be retained due to legal or administrative obligations.
The client is responsible for exporting or downloading any content it needs to retain before the applicable availability period ends.
AM25 does not guarantee the recovery of information once it has been permanently deleted.
Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
AM25 Content Hub may depend on external services, software, infrastructure, networks, platforms, or providers for certain functionalities. AM25 does not control or guarantee the continuous availability of such third-party services.
Interruptions, changes, restrictions, or failures directly attributable to such providers may temporarily affect certain AM25 Content Hub functionalities. When an integration requires the use of a third-party platform, the user will also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of that platform.
Backups and Data Loss
AM25 may implement reasonable backup and recovery mechanisms as part of the operation of the service. However, unless expressly agreed otherwise, AM25 Content Hub should not be considered the sole means of backup or permanent preservation of critical files.
The client is responsible for maintaining additional copies of any content whose loss could cause significant harm. AM25 does not guarantee that all files can be recovered under every circumstance, particularly where the loss results from actions by the client, its users, third parties, or circumstances beyond AM25’s reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AM25 will not be responsible for damages arising exclusively from:
temporary interruptions of the service;
failures of third-party infrastructure or services;
actions carried out by authorized users of the organization;
loss of access caused by compromised or shared credentials;
content stored, distributed, or managed by the client;
use of the service contrary to these terms;
loss of information where the client has not maintained reasonable additional copies.
Nothing in these terms will limit liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Service Modifications
AM25 may modify, add, replace, or remove AM25 Content Hub functionalities when necessary to improve, maintain, secure, or develop the service. AM25 will endeavor to avoid changes that substantially reduce the essential features of an active subscription without prior notice to the client.
Certain functionalities may be modified or become unavailable when they depend on third-party services, APIs, or platforms that have been changed or deprecated.
Modifications
AM25 may update these Terms of Service when necessary due to changes to the service, its operations, or legal requirements. The current version will be the one published on this page and will indicate the date of its latest update.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any dispute related to the use of the service will be subject to the competent jurisdiction of El Salvador.
