These terms govern the use of payment links issued by AM25, S.A.S. de C.V. (hereinafter “AM25”). By completing a payment through an AM25 payment link, you agree to these terms.

Payment links

AM25 issues payment links to its clients as a means of collecting payment for professional services rendered. Each payment link corresponds to a specific payment request and includes a concept, amount, and expiration date.

Payment links are strictly personal and non-transferable. They may only be used by the intended recipient for the stated purpose.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Wompi, operated by Bancoagrícola, a financial institution supervised by the Superintendencia del Sistema Financiero de El Salvador.

By submitting your payment, you authorize the charge to your card for the amount indicated in the payment request. All transactions are authenticated through 3D Secure (3DS) as required by your card issuer.

AM25 does not store your card details. Once the transaction is submitted, payment processing is handled entirely by Wompi under their own terms and security standards.

Accepted payment methods

AM25 payment links accept credit and debit cards supported by Wompi. Card eligibility may vary depending on the issuing bank and card type.

Pricing and currency

All amounts are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and correspond exactly to the services described in the payment request. No additional fees are applied by AM25 at the time of payment.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds, if applicable, are handled directly by AM25 on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms agreed upon in the corresponding service engagement. To request a refund, contact via email with the payment reference number.

Card disputes initiated directly with your bank may result in the suspension of ongoing services while the dispute is under review.

Liability

AM25 is not liable for payment failures, card declines, or delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or Wompi’s infrastructure. If a payment fails, you may retry the transaction or contact AM25 for an alternative arrangement.

AM25 is not responsible for unauthorized use of a payment link if you have shared it with a third party.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your payment governs the transaction.
