Terms of Use: Payment Links

These terms govern the use of payment links issued by AM25, S.A.S. de C.V. (hereinafter “AM25”). By completing a payment through an AM25 payment link, you agree to these terms.

These terms govern the payment process exclusively and supplement any contract, proposal, quotation, work order, subscription, or other applicable agreement between AM25 and the client. They do not replace the terms governing the underlying service, product, or payment obligation. For questions or inquiries related to these terms or a payment, you may contact AM25 via email.

Payment Links

AM25 may issue payment links to collect payment for professional services, products, subscriptions, advance payments, or other amounts owed.

Each payment link corresponds to a specific payment request and may include information such as the applicable concept, amount, and expiration date. Payment links must be used only for the transaction for which they were issued and should not be shared publicly or used for purposes other than those stated in the payment request.

AM25 may cancel, replace, or invalidate a payment link when necessary.

Payment Processing

Payments made through AM25 payment links are processed by the Wompi platform, operated by Bancoagrícola.

By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge corresponding to the amount indicated in the payment request.

Transaction approval may depend on the issuing bank, the card used, applicable authentication mechanisms, and the systems of the payment provider.

AM25 does not store your complete card details. Transaction processing is performed by the payment provider in accordance with its own terms, policies, and security standards.

Payment Confirmation

A payment will be considered completed only once AM25 receives confirmation that the transaction has been successfully processed.

Pending authorizations, temporary charges, payment attempts, bank holds, or other statuses that have not been confirmed as a completed transaction will not be considered payment received by AM25.

Where applicable, AM25 may provide a confirmation, receipt, invoice, Electronic Tax Document, or other document related to the payment.

Payment Methods and Currency

AM25 payment links accept payment methods supported by the payment provider. The availability of specific cards or payment methods may vary depending on the issuing bank, card type, country, or other conditions established by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

AM25 does not apply additional charges to the amount indicated in the payment request unless such charges have been previously disclosed and agreed upon.

Expired, Cancelled, or Invalid Links

Payment links may be subject to an expiration date. An expired, cancelled, replaced, or otherwise invalid payment link cannot be used to complete the corresponding payment. Where necessary, AM25 may issue a new payment request or payment link.

The issuance of a new link does not, by itself, modify any payment terms, due dates, or obligations established under the applicable agreement.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are handled directly by AM25 and evaluated according to the terms governing the related service, product, or transaction.

Completing a payment through a payment link does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

To request a refund, you must contact AM25 and provide the information necessary to identify the transaction.

Any approved refund may be subject to processing times established by the payment provider, issuing bank, or other financial institutions involved.

Disputes and Chargebacks

A cardholder may exercise any dispute or claim rights available through their bank or card issuer.

If a dispute, claim, or chargeback is initiated in connection with a payment made to AM25, the provision of services, delivery of products, access to subscriptions, or other pending obligations related to that transaction may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is investigated or resolved.

AM25 may provide the payment provider, bank, issuer, or other relevant entity with the information and documentation necessary to respond to a dispute or chargeback.

Third-Party Services

Payment processing depends on services, networks, and infrastructure provided by third parties.

AM25 does not control or guarantee the availability, continuity, or approval of transactions handled by banks, card issuers, payment networks, or payment processors.

The use of such services may additionally be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AM25 will not be responsible for declined payments, authorization errors, delays, temporary unavailability, or other failures directly attributable to the bank, card issuer, payment provider, or third-party infrastructure. If a payment cannot be completed, the client may retry the transaction using a valid payment link or contact AM25 to request an available alternative.

AM25 will also not be responsible for unauthorized use of a payment link when the link has been publicly shared or provided to third parties by the recipient.

Nothing in these terms will limit liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your payment governs the transaction.
