Service availability can now be checked via a public status page.
The page displays the operational status of our platforms, availability history, and information regarding incidents and scheduled maintenance. In addition to current status, it provides a reference for service performance over time.
Availability across different timeframes
The history features three views: 90 days, 7 days, and 24 hours. Each offers a different scope, ranging from a perspective covering the last three months to a review of the most recent period.
The 90-day view provides context on service continuity, while the 7-day and 24-hour views allow you to focus on recent performance. This ensures the information goes beyond simply indicating whether a platform is available at the exact moment the page is opened.
Incidents and maintenance
The page also compiles information on incidents and scheduled maintenance. This allows you to distinguish between service outages and planned interventions, and to view these notices alongside the platform status.
The status page complements our support channels: it offers a public reference for service availability, while inquiries regarding specific situations should still be directed to the support team.
Customer Status Pages
Web hosting clients will also have access to independent status pages to check the availability of their own websites. This allows site-specific information to be separated from the general status of AM25's platforms.
